Phillip Pitts has been a broker in California since 1989 and is the President and CEO of Amerimac. Phil has had an extensive background in the mortgage business and was previously president of Estates Development Inc. from 1990 through 1996, of which Estates Mortgage was affiliated. As a licensed general contractor he previously owned and operated a construction company specializing in custom home construction, remodels and commercial office construction. Specializations within the mortgage business are residential and multiunit financing, locating investment properties for acquisitions and limited partnerships and Financial Planning. Phil has an extensive background in acquiring, financing and management of investment properties. Phil currently is an active owner of single family residential properties and apartment complexes in California, Oregon and Hawaii. Educational background includes an MBA from Regis University with Honors, a BSBS degree in Finance and was a college professor of Finance at Sierra College. Current Licenses: DRE Broker License, State of Ca. and Federal NMLS, Ca. General Contractor.
